Personalised Orders
Many of our products are made especially for you and personalised using the information, wording and photographs you provide.
Before placing your order, please take a moment to check that all names, dates, spelling, wording and photos are exactly as you would like them. We will use the details and files provided to create your personalised piece just for you.
Before your order is sent for fulfilment and shipping, we will provide a sample of your personalised design for you to review. Please take a moment to carefully check all details and make sure everything is exactly as you would like it before approving your sample. Once your design has been approved and sent for fulfilment, we are unable to make changes.
Printable Items
Printable items are personalised digital products and are delivered via email in JPG and PDF format.
Customers can select their preferred dimensions when placing an order. Please ensure the correct dimensions are selected, as dimensions cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
As with all personalised products, please carefully check that all information provided is correct, as the details supplied by the customer will be used to create the final design.
A sample will be provided for review before the final files are sent. Please carefully check your sample and advise us of any required corrections before approving the design.
We aim to complete printable orders within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on workload and order volume.
Printable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalised digital nature.
Photos & Images
When providing photographs for your order, please make sure you have permission to use the images.
The quality of your finished product will depend on the quality and resolution of the photograph supplied. We do our best to reproduce your image as accurately as possible, however slight differences in colour or appearance may occur between your screen and the final printed product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to make a change to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will always do our best to help.
As your personalised product is made especially for you, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has entered production
Fulfilment & Shipping
Fulfilment times and shipping times vary depending on each product. Please refer to the shipping information on the individual product listing for the estimated fulfilment and shipping times before placing your order.
Orders may be fulfilled at the closest available fulfilment centre to your delivery address. The fulfilment location may vary depending on the product and destination.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal services, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any customs charges or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Personalised Products
Because personalised products are created specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect information provided when placing an order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
We take great care when preparing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to an issue on our end, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Product Colours
We do our best to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
For this reason, minor colour variations between the image displayed on our website and the finished product are possible.
Our Designs & Content
All original designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text and other content created by our business remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Our designs and content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

We do our best to ensure that all product information, descriptions, photographs and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, errors or inaccuracies may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these or update our products, pricing and information when necessary.
